21. What are your rules for pets?

We have Driver's that have pet friendly vehicles. At the time of their application to use the TPU Driver's platform, each Driver is asked if they have a pet friendly vehicle. Some of the Driver's have pets of their own so they understand that pets are like family and should be able to ride with their families.

One of the reasons some Driver's do not like to carry some pets is because it is hard sometimes to clean after a pet. If they plan to continue picking up Passenger's they must make sure nothing is left from the animal in case the next rider is allergic.

We are educating both Driver's and Passenger's on how to properly make sure they both know the rules by:

- Carrying a blanket big enough to cover the area where the animal will be seating

- Making sure there is enough room in the vehicles Passenger back seat area to where the seat is completely moved forward.

- By Always carry wipes incase there is any residue left by the animal.

- Making sure your animal is clean and not have any bad scent that will hinder the Driver from focusing on the road.

22. What is the seating capacity if you have a pet?

The capacity if you have a pet is 3 including the animal. If you have two pets, they must sit on the laps of their family members.
